Rose -- I Agree. Never, never, never say a release will be coming out unless it's 100% certain. It kills credibility and shakes investor confidence.

Rose 2x,

They told you via the phone "almost certainly" today the news would be available. They excercized the "almost" part by saying the news will be released come MOnday. This is a better scenario for the stock.

Have Patience. Please.

This has happened before. They told you "almost" ... no guarantees. They have to double check their information before it is sent out so that everything is accurate. I know that they "intended" and "wanted" the news out today; they are just as disappointed as we. But the news will be out ... most likely Monday. And quite frankly, that is normally a better day to release news. I'm sorry you sold some off since this is one on which I have bet the farm (and am buying on dips so that I can buy a new farm!!)

Friday news dies on the vine. Monday is much better. IMO, finding out that the PR hits the wires Monday is the best news we've had all week. It appears the train is ready to leave the station. Good luck to all (not that we need it).

Rose, I know *nothing* about the specifics of this particular news release, but I spent much of my professional life as a marketing and PR person involved with large organizations. In cases such as these, which undoubtedly involve two organizations ... one the provider (TSIS) and the other the purchaser (whomever) ... the timing and even much of the content of the release is dictated by the purchaser (and often their attorneys <arrrrgh!>). A supplier, like TSIS, who flies in the face of the wishes of a purchaser will soon find that it has fewer and fewer purchasers.

Now, perhaps it was a bit unwise for someone at TSIS to "promise" you that the release would be out today, but I am confident that you can see the need for being very straight with their clients too.

IMHO TSIS is not for daytrading. It is for the long haul. So aside from the very clear frustration factor we all feel, Monday will be just as good as today ... or even June 1st!

Rose, you can't live from news release to news release. Please relax.
