I'm sorry but I do not know what the conversion is for the warrants or how long they are good for. I do feel that the stock is ready for a major play to the upside. If the conversion and time to expiration is right, you may participate. Why don't you find out the details of the warrant??

Steve, Welcome to the Paracelsian thread. I am afraid I have some bad news for you. The exercise price of the warrants is $3.25, not $2.75, and the warrants expitre on September 6, 1998, not in October. Check out these two posts for more about the warrants:

The stock would have to quadruple before September for the warrants to be in the money. Will that happen? Your guess is as good as mine. It has gone up about six or sevenfold since December or January, but I think it will only be able to maintain this rate of increase if there is news of contracts being signed that will bring PRLN significant revenues.

I think they have extended the warrants twice already. Will they extend them again? If the motion being voted on at the annual meeting to increase the amount of authorized stock is defeated, then I'm pretty sure they will not extend the warrants because they have very little stock left and this will free up some stock which they can use to raise money. I think it's highly likely that the motion will pass, however. In that case, it is possible they will extend the warrants another year. Whether they will actually do so is anybody's guess.
