Yes these discussions would have to started back in 1997. They could be very close to being announced in the form of an actual contract. On the other hand they could have fallen through all together and we won't know that for certain perhaps ever. Unless an OEM deal is announced with terms that are similar to those suggested in the 10K we will be kept in the dark for a while longer.

Once again Greg from over at Yahoo Greg wrote these comments down:

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

He mentioned about online chatter when I pressed him about the webpage. Must be reading your posts. See you have a legitimate complaint and I presented it to him. I felt that all of the threads legitimate questions should be addressed...I am sorry if I forgot some of them. He also stated that the OEM agreements talked about in the 10K must have been started in 1997 to be mentioned. I am not too sure about that but who knows? ANy more thoughts or opinions on this info?

Don't worry, I'm sure there will be more OEM deals announced this year. ISO 9001 certification is not that easy to attain and it will mean big business to American BioMed. CE Mark approval is coming soon. I believe Steve Rash will be on his way to Europe next week to meet with all the European distributors gathered together for the first time.
