Rocketman,

I LOVE your rules. They're hard to follow sometimes, but if one does follow them, eventually one is rewarded, I have found.

I saw a T-shirt today and it had the letters WWJD on it. I couldn't figure out what sports team that was and so I asked somebody. He told me that WWJD was not a sports team, but instead it meant "What Would Jesus Do?" And I thought it was a sports team! Duh!

Anyway, the more I thought about that T-shirt....the more I liked it, so I will probably buy it.

I think, however, that the one phrase that has basically guided me throughout my life has been the phrase that my father used to say time and time again. And that phrase was "Don't ever judge a person until you've walked a mile in their moccasins."

My Dad was an incredible man....with more courage shown in adversity than any person I have ever known.....and although he could have quite a temper (he was born a redhead)...he also knew when the time was right to just be silent. Because silence at times can be it's own strength.
