Jeff; As you correctly assessed, I can not and will not want to get into other companies' discussion on this thread. My lawyer, who has led the effort on the previous case, can work on a contingency. It will cost more at the end, but at least no up front cash. And as far as whether we get our initial investment back, it all depends on when we get access to the books. Based upon the discussion on this thread, if there ever was $41 million invested recently (and forgetting about the capital raised thru stock issuance) there is enough to go after these people. However, that is not what I was referring to in my previous post. What I meant to say was to get a class action going to depose these guys and bring a new management that can run the company. Once the company acts as a true company ( and not a private money making machine for a few elite!!!) we would get our money thru the appreciation of the stock. You just spun this differently and that is ok. We could just sue to get our money back plus more. And leave these bozos to sucker new people in. This approach is even easier and just a bit speedier. I just think we need to set fire under their ass to get them goosed to start acting like a publicly traded corporation. And kick the FIG out of the loop. I am just tired of Joe, Dal and whomever they bring on to this thread every few weeks or so. Don't get me wrong though, I love this thread and the only way this thread stays alive is because those airheads give us an ample of topics to post here. This is just an observation. Who else is interested in starting to play hard ball with these boys (joe, Vilgorio fellow, Dal and FIG in general)? Hey everyone, have a good weekend. I am out of here!!! Sam
