Non-reporting companies are not required to release share numbers.Small,bb companies usually pledge out or exchange shares for goods or services because there isn't enough cash,equity,sales,etc to fund operations.Don't be so critical.It's probably alot.Also,many will be restricted.And those will have to be registered before they're sold.

Well, stock aint exactly coming back strong. Will have to take the time to dissolve this between Cosmopolitan (the new issue) and going to mom and dads for Mothers Day.
