* Lurker Post * Question for KAA and all --------------------------------------------------------------- I certainly understand the emotions flowing, however, is getting an injunction the prudent thing to do before we hear what they are putting on the table? I know, we have been made numerous promises and had to sit with delay after delay. But, this was an empty shell which now has a promise of being part of something big. I am well aware that I may be looking at a glass as half full when in fact, there isn't even a glass. KAA, Milk, Wayne, Matt, GJC, DEE, and so many others have offered their points of view. And most of the time, I agree. However, I think we should see what they are bringing to the table this time. The news is supposed to be out Tuesday. Will it make any difference to wait until after the news? If the premise is correct that they don't have shareholder approval, they won't be any closer after the news on Tuesday.
