Yeah, but Compaq has outperformed Dell in the last few weeks, and I think Compaq will continue to outperform Dell from here on. It may be Dell's turn for a correction soon.

CPQ has a different situation compared to DELL. But tide is turning and Big Boys know where the value is. They do need good news to support their decisions but see what happens in 2H 1998 after DEC deal closes and the CPQ management can speak freely.

You are right DELL has been doubled and CPQ lost 10% in the past six month, and this is iron truth. The question now is in the next six months will DELL continue to
gain stock price and CPQ will continue to lose ground ? I do not think so. So, sell
your DELL now and buy CPQ, otherwise six months later , things will be reversed,
i.e DELL lost more than 50% and CPQ gain 100%, and you come to the 0 point.
