i have 2 quesitons to be asked to GNNX managment: 1) ask them why their stock cannot hold up over $1.50 2) what are their core competencies...what do they do better than competitors that provide them with a sustainable, competitive advantage. 3) and what are the telecom contract margins and business risks my first question was not intended to be funny. i am serious as to managements feelings/concerns about their stock price. i have been waiting to jump in and i am curious to hear the results of your meeting. dwlima

Daniel in addition to Douglas's questions would you ask Mr. Logan 1. Mr. Logan, What is your vision of the future of Genesis Media Group, Inc and how will that vision lead to growth in this company? 2. Mr. Logan, In the interest of the company's shareholders, what can you offer them to maintain their level of confidence in the company's future? 3. Mr. Logan, can you provide a current BUSSINESS PLAN to the public that provides legitimate and understandable information? 4. Mr. Logan, In your own words, what is it within you that provides you the drive that is required to lead a company into the future? 5. Mr. Logan, on a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Genesis's position compared to the the position of your competition, and can you provide your shareholders with a current list of your top ten competitors? Daniel, all you have to do is ask the questions and record the comments. Their answers will provide us with a perspective on how solid the ground is in which we stand.
