Huh? I certainly wouldn't BUY stock in the company unless I had some answers. And given today's volume, I gather I'm not alone in that sentiment (or as the guy at Yahoo said: sediment).

What has Rhonda to lose by spending an hour or so explaining? It would, in fact, free up time for her: she'd take care of a lot of people at once, not have to answer so many phone calls.
