KAA: In the past we have been able to obtain injunctions to stop closings, we had to demonstrate to the Judge we would be financially harmed if the transaction were to take place. I plan on pointing out to the SEC that it appears there may have been additional Reg S shares sold into the float that could exceed the limits the company is allowed to sell. Also, I would like to request the SEC review the past filings, dilution of shareholder's interest and to determine if of these abusive practices being brought against the shareholders of CVIA can be allowed to continue. We need to see if we can get enough shareholder interest to institute a proxy vote to halt this deal before we see our entire investment diluted and taken away from us. We need to act quickly and get WOTD out of the picture, these guys are hell bent on screwing the current shareholders out of every dime they have invested in this company. It is time to stop listening to the lack of information from Jack and stop this process of being mugged by WOTD out of our investment. Jack: We are now going to throw every thing we have at you to stop this deal, we are done with the lack of communication, the dilution of our interest, and the cover-up of the behind the scenes actions that are further damaging shareholder's interest. We gave you the benefit of the doubt, gave you time to re-negotiate the WOTD deal, and the results went from bad to worst. I want to find out what MM worked with you on that last Reg S!!! Even if we fail to stop this deal through legal efforts or through our efforts to get the SEC to step in, we will have a long and deep memory of what was done to us. We will start a new thread once the deal WOTD deal closes, the "WOTD Shorters Thread", we will make our investment back by shorting the new company. Nearly all reverse splits fail (we are in for the mother of all reverse splits), nearly all Reg S situations are bad (we have had 2 of recent), WOTD has already done very well to prove their incompetence (translation - no shareholder confidence), if you manage to get this dirty stock to the NASDAQ, there will not be enough shares for the Shorters to go around. We need to start writing letters to the NASDAQ to warn them what is headed their way... Looks like I have a significant amount of work to do this weekend.... Robert
