notes from myself; im not bullish on the mkt, but i think the techs are ready to push once more. sox index is still good looking.. dell and ibm and hwp and emc (still cautioius on emc), and intc look pretty good with their weekly buys. as for the mkt, i do have a weekly sell, but right now not a STRONG weekly sell (using opposite conditions for my STRONG weekly buy). i will be watching to see if sp500 can clear the old highs.. to see if it stays abv the 9 day ema.. this is the time to look at which sectors are strong.. b/c if the mkt is in basing mode, it means not 'every' stock/sector is strong.. but there are winners out there.. just my thoughts.
