1. Was it just my imagination, or did this weekend's shows set an all time record for the number of callers contemplating moving money from CDs, money market funds, savings accounts, bonds, etc., into stock market mutual funds? Everyone (including people who have never invested in equities) seems to be reaching the conclusion that the stock market may be the best of all places to "save."

2. There has been a lot of discussion lately on Bob's ability as a market timer or equity investment advisor. I've been investing since the 1960's. In all that time, I never found anyone who understood the market better than Bob. Those individuals who don't recognize his ability are missing the chance to learn volumes. They are also missing the chance to make a lot of money.

Personally, I couldn't care less if they miss the chance.

Best wishes,

I2

Her Ladyship Appearance on NBR..

quote.com

I had a chance to witness the appearance, and I must say that her ticks (i.e., eyewinks, headbobs, et. al.) still remain as annoying as ever.

I wonder if Mr. Clinton has had an opportunity to meet Her Ladyship?

I'm sure he would consider her idiosyncrasies rather "fetching" (especally the head-bob), if you know what I mean.
