President Monas,

Thanks for the confirm. I look forward to next week, month, year etc...Glad to see we (I) have a President that looks towards the future. More times than not, the people are short sighted, and worry about a nickel drop.

Again, Thank you for the Excellent effort. We are fortunate to have the Management we do. And that is at any price, not just current levels

Andy

Mr. Monas,

I too am looking forward to next week, next month, next year.
I'm holding a small amount compared to others here, but they represent a larger percentage of my total holdings than I had originally planned. Keep up the good work! When any of my other holdings take off, I will have more to add.

Viva la FAMH!

Dear Ira,

Take us to the promised land, but, no funny stuff. Apparently, Famh is under the microscope so every move you make will be judged, re-judged, analyzed, scrutinized, picked apart, regurgitated and spit out for all of us to pick apart again. The other night, you, apparently, listened to "the voice" of the shareholder and acted in our best interest. We definitely appreciate this. Reduce O/S the correct way. Get that share buy-back in full gear and demonstrate to "us" that you, we are truly undervalued. We'll take your cue.

FAMH - charts

I have updated 3 charts involving FAMH on my web space for
the price of 5/8/98.

FAMH with 12 DMA and 60 DMA.
FAMH with volume.
FAMH with 14 day RSI and stochastic 13,8,8.

The link is topher.net

The links to the FAMH charts are midway thru page.

The 12 dma has peaked and moving down.

The 60 dma is almost linear and moving upwards since mid. nov.

All the TA says SELL SELL SELL,

but I am still here..
Hope this helps

Collin

Ira ,now that you have a firm with a profit I suggest that you develop your Board Of Director"s. Needed A FINANCIAL OFFICER that knows his way around WALL STREET,A Vice President from MERRIL LYNCH would be ok. Ha. He would not have to walk very far.He could speak to Investment Bankers on how best to Raise the value of FAMH He could do the road shows an also speak to aggressive mutual funds to help buy up the float. This of course would free you to run the firm, which I think you are doing an excellent job.---Tom

Dear Ira,

Can you expound on your statement to Bean about the share buy back and"violent tree shaking" as you put it? We know. Within limits.

Also, what are your reasons for asking shareholders specific questions concerning share prices and buying and selling decisions ?This is a very odd request. What's going on here? Tell us # of shares outstanding and why stock is hitting the market daily and maybe we'll respond in kind. What's the purpose of these questions ? The cynical side has the best of me. Thank you.

People are beginning to see that the EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES. Stock should revisit the .20s before long. Too many shares and no audited earnings as promised. You cannot fool all of the people over and over again. (not my words, #16640)

IRA, THE PEOPLE SUFFER FOR LACK OF KNOWLDEDGE!!

Possible Scenarios:

1) Full, ongoing communication of FAMH strategies/data:
a)If O/S shares, etc. info. is initially not well received it may result in slight share price drop, but eventually builds a base on comfort with company's efforts at communication.
b)If information well-received, price rises immediately.

2) No communication, stock plummets.

Regardless of the popularity of the information, investor communication is required for a stock to have any potential to appreciate.

Mr. Ira Monas,
The shareholders of FIRAMADA have compiled a few questions that we would like
answered in regards to the events of the last several weeks. Your response would be
appreciated on SI or on a separate conference call to directly answer these questions.

1) What are the O/S for Firamada?
2) What is the Float?
3) How many shares have been issued since 1/1/98, and to whom, and for what?
4) What day were the 1997 year ending financials sent & received by the SEC?
5) When will 1st & 2nd quarter results be posted?
6) What are your future plans to issue more shares?
7) How many shares has Firamada bought back since 1/1/98?

Please let us shareholders know whats going on !!!!

Mr. Monas,

I am extremely dissappointed that I did not see any action on
your post of may 8th.

<the smartest post in a long time-----status on share buyback and other plans to violently shake the trees next week!!!!!!!! >

Hopefully we share holders will get some status soon.

Dear Ira Monas, I would like to know what your status is?

The PR stated that "He also added that he was saddened by the resignation of Ira Monas due to ill health. "

1. How are you and is your health improving?

2. Are you still with FAMH and holding a different position?

Thank you...Dennis W
