The last conversation I had with CC, he indicated that RDRT wasn't real happy with the attempt APM made to combine the two last year. There is apparently some "bad blood" here. IMHO, the combination makes lots of sense, especially in these market conditions. I still can't figure out why it didn't happen last year. I'm still expecting something positive to come out of my long position - the June Quarter is absolutely, positively critical to APM's survival as APM IMHO. Good luck trading.

Terry ; You got me but not from any news , just from the way I've seen some other stocks shorted..I smell a take over in the making --I was in CRYX..when she was shorted to high heaven..there was no news no nothing ..just tons of shorts..and bamm here come NSM right out of the blue...and bam the price doubled almost over night..you gota know there was some shenanigans but so what..( if I short your company in a covert way..then come in and offer to buy it..even if I get hung on my shorts, I'm just paying myself back, as my plan has all that worked out ) --------------- The shorts that get hurt are the blood thirsty johney come lately that let their greed cause them to go blind. ----------------- Is this in the works for APM ? I don't know..but there is a reason she is and has been shorted for a long time..and I know regular shorts would have taken more profits before now.. yes sir the news on cyrx was at it's worst level just before she doubled in price.. I can show you a lot of them..but I cant tell if this is going to be one or not..she is over shorted by any normal standards.. & no way they can all cover with sending her through the roof.. Jim
