Frank. Um, I am really slipping. I did not even notice that the URL to DESTINY was in your name. But that was a great idea. Now you are an international celebrity. gg. I remember when Ann suggested the Web site to you. It is so unbelievable that you can go onto the net now for all kinds of things including listening to music and good one to boot. Maybe you should integrate with K-Tel. gg.

Yes, it struck me funny that Chrysler's CEO made this slip on Daimler's pronunciation. I think the name is the first thing you should learn when dating and then getting married. gg.

But mergers make strange bed fellows at times. I remember when one of the biggest shareholders of C - Kerkorian - didn't leave a good hair on Chrysler. Suddenly Chrysler is the best thing going as far as K. is concerned. How a big profit will change your mind in a hurry. I did not write the whole name of Mr.K. out again. I am not positive on the spelling, but I have an excuse, I don't own C - sigh - and don't need to know the names of big share holders.

I have not heard that it is 100% sure that the State Attorneys are not going to stop the release of Windows 98. I just remember hearing that Msft may have won part of the battle should that be the case. There is another week left. Never count your chickens before the eggs are hatched. Do you recognize the Sen. from Utah in hatched? gg.
Like I wrote you in my private message: All those guys have mostly their own interest in mind. This time it's Novell in Utah that is beneficial to Mr. Hatch. I should write him a salty letter. As one of my guys he should stay out of business's way. I am sure he does not know the ins and outs of software and listens to the cos. in his bag. If Msft where located in Utah he would probably have a diff. opinion. My wife is a long suffering Novell share holder in her IRA even though she sold most of it at a nice profit, way back when. I don't her complain about Msft. And we just bought it again lately, Msft that is.

Um, how about this market today? Dell, Lu, EMC etc. Most of my techs and Pharmas were up big time. gg.

What made you buy Dell at this lofty price? I guess you are going by this saying: When a stock goes into the nineties, 100 is not far behind and maybe another split? gg.

Yeah, Pepsi is laughable and I prefer Pepsi to Coke.

Like I mentioned earlier, GTE is after WCOM now. They could not land MCI so now we have sour grapes. If I can't have her, you can't have her is suddenly a priority. AT&T has an alliance on the net with Exite and now with Infoseek and they said that they invested about 300 million? on the net so far. So, looks to me that there is plenty competition to go around. GTE should get with it and get ahead the old fashioned way - by trying harder and being better. That works most of the time.

Alright, I am on my way out and will take it easy this weekend. So you have a very pleasant weekend and don't forget to watch Wall Street Week tonight. Just in case Margaret does not remind you being so busy with her little granddaughter. I will tape the show.

One more time. Have a nice weekend and everyone else also.

Sonny

P.S. Almost forgot. Rain. Whatever you haveI am sure we have better. gg. It has been absolutely terrible for days. I think there was 1 day this week where we did not have rain. And rain was not always the right word. More like pouring buckets.
