American Interactive Media Secures Worldwide Perpetual
License to "Slipstream" Internet Access Chip
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 1998--American Interactive Media, Inc. (AIME;
aime-inc.com; OTC BB: AIME - news) announced today that it has entered into a
worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license for MSU Corporation's (OTC BB: MUCP - news)
''Slipstream(TM)'' Internet technology including Slipstream ISP Processor, hardware, software and
associated browser. Terms of the restricted stock and cash license fee consideration were not
disclosed.
The Slipstream chip is utilized in AIME's webPASSPORT Internet access device which enables
conventional television sets, through a standard telephone line, to access a broad range of Internet
services, including e-mail, chat, proprietary, aggregated as well as licensed content and conventional
web browsing. The webPASSPORT service also connects to standard printers.
Peter B. Yunich, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Interactive Media, commented,

Dear Del: Well the announcement is out. But I dont see any terms or prices except that it mentions cash and restricted stock and says that there will be no royalties required going forward. Looks like some type of lump sum settlement. What do you think the effect will be on the stock price? JDN
