ZONA at 37 1/2 this has to be the most outrageous market segment in history.Companies that can't even spell product with valuations in the 100,s of millions.Do any <real> analysts ever check these guys. GV

Sailor, momma says we're keeping the house.(g) The lawsuite by Dowe, Cheatum and Howe (and Friends) begs for an appropriate and timely response by Vivus brass. I say this without knowing what legal windows are open to them at this stage. Anyone? <<All joking aside, this company needs some PR V E R Y B A D L Y>> I agree and have from the beginning. Vivus needs someone in their court who knows the PR game (punch up HP, or Pfizer) and who also can pick up the phone and talk to natl tv, radio and print folks on a first name basis. What happened to the Ad/PR firm Ogilvy Mather that put together a couple of releases for VIVUS a while back? Remember how good we felt when we saw that developing...... Computer is acting strange again...clunka oh baby clunka Frostman
