Can someone please translate the Kid's
post into English? Excuse me now ... I have this sudden urge to go upstairs and flush the toilet over and over again.

I second that emotion.

sorry, the post was to brian , who has good arguments. about this downcycle it is different. very simple -amat eps are going down sequentially-not like dell or aol 2. their book to bill or future business is declining.3 asia which it does 58% of their business is in fundamental economic trouble . where in the last downcycle ,1996- asia were relatively healthy. 4. people conclude just because its the biggest or strongest that the stock could not get hit-orcl,intc, both leaders in their industry who got destroyed with bad earning. 5. semiconductors bottom at usually 1xsales-amat trading right now 3x sales. 6. risks in the markets are plentiful .6 if you don't understand any of this you should be buying cd's. 7. 90% of the bulls main argument is i don't use periods.8.ENOUGH SAID

Justa,

Why don't you just simply ask the Kid a question???... or make your case for being bullish on AMAT if you disagree.

Regards and good investing,
Steve
