OK, I'll do what I can but you owe me a read on XCIT. To start in very top level summary. ITVU and RNWK are the market leaders in their niche(s). RNWK has 80 percent market share in Internet Streaming media which is what is used to broadcast TV, radio and movie clips over the Internet. It also allows interactive connection over the Internet. RNWK gained a very dominant position by their recent of VIVO a competitor. The price has been driven down by the entrance of the big dog (GB) into the marketplace with an announcement of a product release and incorporation (bundling) into the Windows Media Player. As a market leader in this arena Steve Harmon has opined that RNWK has 5 different businesses in their grasp. I'm not sure what they are; however, this is a real company with real revenue. ITVU has a related niche of streaming commercials as banners on websites. ITVU has had much less of a run than RNWK since it's IPO early in the year. As commerce and interactions move away from flat stationary formats; these two companies appear to be in the forefront. I own small pieces of both since I can't tell who the winner in this arena will be but I think one of these will be here at the end of the day. They are also in the C&D portfolio. Will fill in more detail as time permits this weekend.
