Why don't we just all agree not to mention the word NEWS anymore. That way no one gets hurt or disappointed. Let the company release the news when it's ready. That's how it normally works.

I don't feel you let us down at all; your write up on the company was great! Hey, things happen that cause shifts in schedules all the time. In the bigger picture the timing thing will be a nit!

Like someone said a few posts back, he thought this was going to be a short term play... so did I initially, but now I've done a complete reversal since reading this thread in concert with some DD. Now I foresee a big long term gain!.

LOTS of potential with this company IMHO.

Your doing just fine Jim. Appreciate your honesty and hard work. Investors outside of SI are buying also. TSIS has fine potential.

Jim, > I'm sorry... feel pretty misled and stupid right now. I was probably the major reason that people felt news to be out yesterday or today. Possibly true, but I would hope that no one bought this stock on the basis of a single (well, maybe a few) post(s) on SI. Daytraders, perhaps? Personally, I think the company ought to keep these things strictly to themselves until the release is made public. You can certainly be forgiven for wanting to share the good stuff. Mike (taking a page from JJJ's book - sort of - , relaxing and enjoying a 32 year old Springbank (single malt Scotch for the uninitiated), with NO winter coat on for a change).

Jim - you're presenting an informative picture for many lurkers, investors and traders. Personally and truly never thought or believed a company would put two releases out in the same week. Why, read the next paragraph.

Examining the past four weeks and more there has been solid positive gains and my charts still show a plus, plus for continued growth with the growth of the stock and more importantly the company.

Everyone look at the weekly charts and you'll see stock growth.

The MM's will drop (swing) the price when they can, but when folks are buying, they can not hide that fact. The charts show TSIS is heading north.

Expected any day now works for me when referring to press releases. Your creditability is attached to your research - not the public affairs office releases IMHO. Keep up the good work. Best wishes:)

Jim --

Thanks for your post, and while I'm sure you're feeling regret over your statements regarding the news, I do NOT think you have any cause to apologize. You presented us with information which you perceived to be factual. It is certainly not in any way your fault that the company didn't follow through.

We all make our own decisions. Yes, it's probably true that many people made investment decisions based on the information you provided; I know that I did. I chose to have faith in your honesty and integrity, and I still do.

Rose

Oh dear! Not AGAIN!! The rumored news that you advised people to buy on didn't pan out??? This isn't hype? Heavens no!!

TSIS may be okay. It is indeed interesting. But, well, which side is Jim WORKING for? When I see news of a Top Dog shill, I get very nervous. Is Jim REALLY doing this as a Public Service?
