After giving it some further thought, it makes sense for IFLy to get their story together before they start making announcements. To get the price of the stock to a point where they can cash in the warrants they must have a sequential stream of news announcements. They know earnings will not do the trick in its entirety. Expect three or four consecutive announcements within the next week or two, one or two days apart. Possible candidates: Earnings, Stock upgrade by First London, Coverage by another investment firm, layout of their Internet strategy, and finally the web site itself. That would do the trick!
