Goldstein is an unusual fellow, judging from what I recall was said about him on the VVUS thread a long time ago. I don't know how reliable he is, based on what was said there at that time. But we'll see. Let's set that aside and focus on what you tell us he said.

When he said that Vasomax should be first line of therapy for Viagra failures, did he say that he tested on Viagra failures and if so, what percentage was helped? It is an easy thing to say but not necessarily accurate, because Viagra works on people with a wide range of problems, even severe, while Vasomax is presented by Dr. Goldstein only for MINIMAL dysfunction. As a result, to use Vasomax for all those who failed with Viagra, would be including a huge percentage who would be automatically eliminated by the screening criteria for Vasomax.
