RT - 1. HVSF recently had 1-10 reverse split (stock lost 45% value first day) VVUS 6/23/97 2-1 split (why?) price was already half as 4 months earlier. 2. HVSF - peaked 5/98 $9 (clearly no revs here) VVUS - peaked 2/19/97 $80 (first revs reported 3/97Q on 4/97) 3. HVSF - enough said here (Waite & See's $5m each invest, yea right, etc, etc, the latest they are working on female ED.. WOW) VVUS - 5/15/97 announcement of 1,000,000 stock buy back (I do not believe it ever happened) Announcements of increasing demand (I will look up dates if you want) when in reality filings with sec show demand is flat. 4. HVSF - enough said here. VVUS - 3/98Q loss, anticipated 6/98Q loss (First Call) we are talking here, now, and future (Not Past). Unless you got a secret capital gains distribution, the past profits are worthless to you. 5. HVSF - actually they operate out of a linen closet at Harvey's. But they keep it really tidy and neat. But really they have a knack of manipulating bounces up in the stock price, and when you don't have anything to sell, that's their job. VVUS - Clearly the worst management team I have ever witnessed. I don't think you can argue that point...............please.
