Just got the annual report. Important info gleaned from it:

- they will drill at least 60 high working-interest wells in 1998.
- exit 1997 producing 1500 BOEPD with 87% being gas
- estimating exit 1998 producing 4000 BOEPD with 75% gas
- as of April 3, 1998 producing 2250 BOEPD
- they are using $2.00 CDN for gas and $23.50 CDN for oil in 1998
- gas currently $1.85 CDN and $22.10 CDN
- approx. 1/3 of their gas produced gets the higher U.S. price so they are probably very close to projections.
- they stress growth through the drill bit but make a point of stating takeovers are a possibility if the right deal presents itself in this low-priced climate for oil and gas companies.

I figure around $8.00 by the end of the year as a conservative estimate on the share price if their CFPS projections are met.
