Do I understand you to be saying that, on occasion, Datek allows you to DO these things?

Sure. And sometimes when you have a winning trade, they'll double your gain just because they are such nice guys.

I meant that this thread appears to be full of people looking for a broker like that, and constantly bitching that Datek isn't.

It would be nice if they would go away and let us talk about how to use Datek effectively, how the electronic trading and routing functions, improvements, questions, etc.
