Also Unisys's service org is not that great. Could hurt more than help.

It won't be a wedding with Unisys.
Dell doesn't invest in activity unless it can add value or do it at less cost. I expect the announcement to be be, effectively, Dell awarding a contract to replace Digital as a service partner. Not unexpected.

CPQ has used Unisys as a service partner and even looked at them as an acquisition at one point but Unisys does not have coverage in a number of major markets, and they have been going downhill recently with lots of people leaving. Probably the logincal choice for Dell, Unisys does have a pretty good enterprise reputation in some key markets.
