Hey Bill, I am always willing to listen to the other side of the argument. What I am wondering is, why would Fortune feature a company that was just pure hype, why would Beck spend the money to form a LLC and build an impressive web site with a pure hype company, why would Wonderware include Tava's CD in their own products, why would Keane be a partner, why would Coke and other Fortune 100 companies sign up for Tava's services, if it was all just hype.

I can believe that the valuation of Tava will never meet my goals-roughly $30 based on a 20 P/E on earnings of $1.50 for FY 99( to tell the truth I think that the actual numbers will be much higher), but to listen a smug guy like you who never backs up any of his statements with facts, just get's off jacking off in the dark and telling everyone how stupid they are, and how you covered your short three days after the fact when Tava goes up, it is hard to give your arguments credit. If you actually did any DD and could show why the embedded chip problem is not as serious as all the trade journals claim it is, as well as my industry contacts who have told me what a problem they have, I might give your opinion a second thought. As it is, you are just a windbag.

Why don't you try to articulate your position instead of just making sweeping statements.

I think you have not taken the time to do any research. You are just a nay sayer. Sort of like the people who told me that the internet would never be a medium where people could make money.

I must admit that in many cases going against the grain is a great strategy. I just don't think that it is always right.

Why do you not think TAVA is for real? They seem to have an excellent client base that is growing. And, certainly the Y2K problem has credibility. What is the foundation of your concern?

Thanks, Frank
