Thank you Duane. Of course when I returned home I found it in my Fax machine from TGlobe.

Again, the IMPRESSIVE unwritten positive message is that VPI is a smart, smart top notch company and they like the deal that Ross and Co. negotiated. They like our management well enough to pay TGlobe to manage this project. This speaks volumes about how good this deal is and how good our management is. VPI, as resourceful as it is, is the best analyst anyone could seek to point them to a great junior oil company to invest in. They obviously chose to invest in TGlobe by entering into this deal with TGlobe, paying TGlobe's management, and carrying the first $20 million of the exploration costs.

If these VPI experts chose TGlobe, then I must also.

Regards

Thanks for posting the article, Shak. You saved me a lot of typing this evening. I also have a copy of the fax, which takes up portions of 3 pages out of an approximate 25 page write-up on Vintage. The article is available from Lehman Bros through John Selser ph. 713-228-8266 or Fauzia Rashid 713-236-2407. Fax for both is 713-228-1765.

Thanks! Great information. Your efforts are most appreciated.

What is the date of this report? If it is recent it may help get TGLEF above $1.00 again and stay there.

My most urgent concern is that TGLEF stays depressed below $1.00 and we are forced to approve a reverse stock split. Hopefully, this will not be necessary. What is your opinion on this probability?

Regards, Chris...

Shakush, <<Under the agreement, VPI will shoot 58 sq. miles of 3D seismic and drill 32 exploration wells over the next 2.5 years. >>

Did you make a mistake here? 32 wells?
