Director Dal:

I for one certainly appreciate the description of what this company does. However I am a bit confused still as exactly what it is that the company does. Let me go over your statements and if you can please elaborate on them and answer my questions as directly as you can possibly do so (and I do sincerely appreciate that very much).

You state:
> Airstar installs phone systems in the new living quarters for
> single soldiers on Army bases across the U.S. Airstar is the
> subcontractor to Sprint, who has the general contract with AAFES,
> the Army & Airforce buying arm.

Could you elaborate on this a bit more please? What does "installing phone systems" exactly mean? Does this mean that Airstar does the phone wirings? Does it mean Airstar sells them the actual telephones? Both? or what?

You state:
> Every month, soldiers using their telephones are billed by
> Sprint and Sprint pays SSI on the following basis:

What is SSI and its exact relationship with Airstar?

You state:
> 70% of dial tone charges
> 70% of hook-up charges
> 10% of all long distance

What do above figures mean? In otherwords what do you mean when you say "Sprint pays 70% of dial tone charges to SSI" (whatever SSI is, and how Airstar benefits from that).

You state:
> Internet and cable TV service to all the above customers.

Can you elaborate on this a bit more? Exactly what do you mean by providing internet and cable TV services to these customers? Are you planning to become an ISP (Internet Service provider such as EarthLink network, AOL, etc.)?

You state:
> From here we can expand into married couples' quarters, as well as businesses on and off base and private individuals off base.

Again I am totally confused as exactly what the company does that it can expand it to the private individual off bases. If Airstar is to provide phone wiring services then is it not naive to think that it can compete with local phone companies such as GTE, and other baby bells.

Anyway, I appreciate it if you, (or anyone else - such as TJS - who seems to be satisified with his knowledge of what is it exactly that Airstar does - to explain this to people such as myself who continue to have absolutely no idea what is it that this company does!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

One more thing I forgot to ask in my previous post to you.

> You state:
> This translates into $19 to $22 per man per month with a market
potential of 70,000 customers.

Assuming this is the case, and assuming there are no other players in this niche market but Airstar Technologies Inc., one can conclude that at best Airstar can have up to 70,000 customers. Then at an average of $20 per customer the revenue per month will be $1.4 million dollars and on an annuall basis it will be about $17-$18 million dollars. However as I said this is assuming there are no other players that can go after these 70,000 customers and Airstar is the only company that can service these people. Then my question to you is, Where does your growth comes from once all these 70,000 customers have been signed up? Am I to assume the number of such customers in this niche market is expanding? If so can you provide some numbers and why do you feel the growth will be there?

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Dal,

You say that at some point in the future Airstar will "expand [its telephone service] to married couples' quarters." Help me understand better exactly what this means. Don't these these married couples already have telephone service. How does Airstar get them to switch and why? And what exactly does switch mean? Local service? Long distance? What? I'm trying to imagine a representative from Airstar coming to my house and asking me and my wife to switch our phone service to Airstar. Why would I want to do it. Thanks in advance for a clear, succinct and thorough response. TJS

Now, perhaps, you will see why sending out "little" love notes on SI in the hope that with such a "sound byte" approach you can handle the immense communication problems of this company just won't work.

Get your god damned web site up and consistently provide reasonably detailed information about the company to satisfy the needs of the shareholders, potential shareholders, and others.

Addi, TJS, and many, many, others on this thread and elsewhere are
entitled to well prepared and thorough information...and let's start with the 10-K and 10-Q.
