For what it's worth. There was a man on CNBC this afternoon whom is a big wheel for Travelers ? or some big company.

He said the money flow into stocks was not all Mutual Fund money. I have had a problem with that theory for 2-3 months. Like did people just discover M funds this year?

He said that money inflows from Asia had increased this year by the factor of 4. I assume that amounts to one large pile of $$$$.

No wonder the market took off.

<< Machine just locks up while the hard drive whirls >>

Simon,

Sounds like your Win95 is thrashing, perhaps because it is located on your C drive and it is almost full.

Some other steps can be made to control thrashing and speed up your computer, as per this article

Stop Windows95 from Wildly Accessing your Hard Disk

You can also set your browser caches both to zero or very small numbers, if you mostly visit SI or similar sites. Just means your browser will have to download again, which is does anyway if the info has changed.

If you have any questions, feel free to send me a private message.
