Canada Geese...we've got thousands of them here on Martha's Vineyard. They run a close second to skunks as our most unwanted residents. Some readers of this thread will find ironic humor in this. To get rid of them at the golf course, where we had more green goose crap than grass, we bought a sheepdog. Now the geese are elsewhere. The ducks, quail, pheasant, herons, hawks, swans and gulls are all still there. It's just that geese are blatantly intrusive as well as constantly excreting creatures. And very nasty. Keep your kids away from them. Seriously.
I appreciated the effort Fred put into his post. Somehow I'm not getting it though. Doesn't everybody think for themselves? This thread, which I read every day, is just one stop. Most of my time is spent charting, creating and monitoring watchlists, studying VectorVest, making phone calls to companies, tracking news...basically, what I assumed most investors and traders did.
If you go with a momentum play it's like a Horn High 12 in craps. It's like taking a hit on 17 in Blackjack. It's a gamble. Just go with it, and don't ever play with money you can't afford to lose! Have fun!

TO ALL: Independence is freedom. Get there by any means, but when you fall short, only blame yourself. Or do what I do, just blame the MMs.

Good luck to all, even the whiners.
