Greg from over at Yahoo decides to call Coffin Communications. What did he find out?

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

I had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Lepo today and managed to find some stuff out. The following is some key points he told me.

1. ABMI plans to get listed as NASDAQ small cap. To accomplish this must have either 50 million market cap or 3/4 of a million in yearly sales. He said they are well on the way for accomplishing 3/4 of a million in sales for this year. I think that is a considerable rise from last year.

2. Also to get listed, stock value must be over $4.00. I pressed him if it would be done by a reverse split, and he said that maybe, but he feels very strong that it could do it on its own.

3. Burn Rate is currently at $100,000, so losses for this year should be close to $1,200.000 or .06-.08 a share.

4. He is very confidant in this stock and feels that there will be a lot of GOOD news in the coming months.

5. I told him of my theory of who the institutional investor is and he listened and told me that it will be announced when appropriate.

6. He said that many companies with no FDA approved devices are trading much higher and ABMI has nine or ten.

7. He said that all of the online chatter is bad for the stock because it raises unattenble results. Hyping the stock is bad for the stock.

I am so excited with myself. I hope you all take this at face value. He would not tell me anymore, and he seemed very happy.

I would love to discuss this post if anyone has any questions about any of the particular points raised please let me know.

Regards, Jeff
