surprises, was there anything in their past filings that caught your

I brought up some of these issues in my previous posts. One is the fact that Alydaar counts as revenue a percentage of the fee for code received before doing any work on it yet. I believe it was Pancho who also suggested this accounting method, though legal, could be misleading. Alydaar's agreement with CompuWare is for one year starting 10/97. I would like assurance that this agreement will be extended.

What I have found most surprising is that the earnings, though increasing, continually fail to meet projections. And it's earnings that is most important for investors.

I rarely use edgar and do not have a favorite edgar site. I read your posts and others for SEC filing information, such as Alydaar post #5601,
concerning the 10K filing.
