Hi,

I have not shorted any stocks yet in my investment
experience. But, I am studying it now.

TLSP is a very bad candidate for shorts. It has
a ok balance sheet and a new management who is determined
to improve the company performance. Stock price is
still low and with very high expectation from investors.
In a near or mid-term, shorting this stock is very
risky.

Harry, thanks for posting your thoughts. I think
Alessi is the key here, not the stock itself. Perhaps
he does no nothing about the business, but neither
do alot of the CEO's who take the helm of turnaround
companys.I think at this point, it's not what
he knows, but really who he knows. The man is admired
in alot of circles, and has proven he can do what he
is being paid for.
I think we have some news coming, after Fridays action
it seems inevitable. After watching the tape,i've
come to the conclusion we wern't being run by daytraders,
etc, they all would of bailed before the weekend.
As far as the stock price goes, perhaps the company has
landed one of these mega merged companys, or has another
house on board?.
I think alot of the rise has been from shorts covering,i'm
sure if you couldn't get shares at 8, then most of the
shares were already spoken for. The people who wanted
out of this stock are long gone, and the stock is going into
much stonger hands.
It's been a wild ride so far, the street loves a turnaround,
will Alessi do it? It looks like people already think he has,
since he's already told us next qtrs earnings will be hurt to.
I think anybody who want to short this again is looking for
trouble, you will have to wait for the 3rd qtrs report to
get any idea where the stock is headed. In this market, that's
along time.
