Any one have any comments on the annual report which should be appearing in mailboxes soon? I got mine today. Interesting reading. In the noble tradition of Leo Trotsky, Gary Johnson has been written out of history. You would never know that he was at the helm last year by reading the document. Only a brief mention that he is being booted off the Board of Directors in the proxy statement. Looks like S3 is severing all ties to GJ and to Dado. I was unhappy to read of the options repricing to 5 1/8 last December. Not 6, not 5 1/2, but 5 1/8. Keep in mind that there are 6 million of the repriced options but they cannot be exercised til December. Therefore, I think S3 will pull out all the stops to get the price up at the end of the year, then there will be a massive selling of insider shares. Anyone going to the annual meeting next week? Any reason to go?

Jerry et al,

I think this stock may meander around where it is for awhile, but I think as soon as some test results on SAV3D become known, it will take off.

I think that since we're all hoping this new chip is going to save our butts, we should rename it "SALVE3D". Sounds the same, but perhaps the spelling is more reflective of its true nature?

:-)

Or is SALVE3D short for "Salvage?"

Only time will tell,
