Ooops, sorry. I hope TLC won't be too offended. Shucks, I didn't even get the number correct.

1. Many good investors have an aversion to being taken in by crooked scams.

2. Many Cascho investors have an aversion to doing good DD.

3. TED has an aversion to having his credibility questioned given his achievements with such notable firms as Computer Associates:

So the incorporation of TED, Inc. would kill 3 birds, not 2. Investors would have a secure company, investors of the Cashco type wouldn't have to do DD, and TED would be less inconvenienced (who says Cashco is the real issue anyway).

But alas, TED chooses to remain retired&#151go figure. Who'd want to relax and ride a Harley out on the open highway all day, when you can have heartburn and indigestion for a price cheaper than a tank of gas?
