Jan, your three part NYSEPB perspective is tremendous. I'm filing it
with the rest of my P&F reference material. Since 1976, it looks like
the 3 to 4 month window, from above 70 to a column of O's, is
amazingly consistent. Only one 2 month and one 5 month window over
the last twenty two years. FWIW, this 3 to 4 month window seems to
be in line with ChartCrafts position that the Dow tends to make its
high 3 or 4 months after the Utilities make their high.
Recently, the utility high has corresponded to the NYSEPB hitting 70%.
