Based on what I've read here, I'll assume TSIG stock is valued based solely on CCI's potential value to the company.

There are several references and comparison to Ktel. So let's take a look.

At today's closing price, Ktel has a P/S of about 2.8 (sales for ttm). CCI had sales of $11 M last year, so if we apply the same ratio to TSIG, TSIG is worth $0.99

- Ktel is a Nasdaq stock, TSIG is OTC-BB.
- Ktel has been in business much much longer than TSIG.
- Ktel got wide and I mean wide media exposure, can TSIG, a BB penny stock, get anything remotely close to that kind of exposure?
- Ktel has a float of less than 1 million shares. Short squeeze contributes to its current lofty stock price. TSIG's float is a dozen times higher
- Ktel, at $66, is poised to fall at least 50%. If/when it does, Ktel will have the same P/S as TSIG does today.

I have no positions in Ktel or TSIG. Just some food for thoughts.

Regards,

Tom
