Leo, I own considerably fewer shares than you do, but I also voted for increasing the authorized number of shares. I think its necessary to increase the number of shares to give management freedom to raise more capital and make strategic acquisitions. Of course, no one likes dilution but I'm willing to have a smaller piece of the pie if doing so allows them to grow a bigger pie. I think it's likely that the Campbells will vote for the measure. I will be absolutely shocked if the measure is defeated. Robin
