TO ALL
just caught an ABC news program that concerned itself with the leonoid(sp?) meteor showers that come every 32 years, i think thats what i heard, in mid november. even nasa has a no launch block zone and the hubble will be repositioned for the event. although the pieces are pea sized they travel at a terrific rate of speed which could cause penetration to solar collectors etc.
in 1966 there were only 50 or so sats up.....now over 500
interesting events for all space related ventures in mid-november.
