Dr. Goldstein and other ED experts hardly had to go out on a limb in order to enthusiastically support Viagra. Why isn't there similar support for Vasomax? I think we both know why.

Once again, you are wrong. Pfizer did find fault with Dr. Goldstein, that is why they no longer employ him as a consultant or retain him as a clinical investigator. In fact, Pfizer wouldn't even sit on the panel meeting with Goldstein (Vivus, Zonagen, and TAP Pharma did) at the Cowen Healthcare conference (even though Pfizer did present their data later that day).
