IMO: The one thing missing is a straight forward statement of the number of shares outstanding, shares in the float, and the number of shares that the company plans to release next week or five years from now. I have no doubt that several MM are shorting the living daylights out of the shares, covered or naked, but because no one really knows the size of the float, it is difficult to know exactly what our situation is. I know I'm going down in flames for this, but what the heck, we have broken every other rule in the book: CALL YOUR BROKER AND ASK FOR YOUR CERTIFICATES. The MM cannot short shares they don't have or have readily available. Laz
