When is Win98 shipping to vendor? Is it next week? I thinking the DOJ is a less concern now. Do you think MSFT is going back to its up trend now? I bought some June calls and expect it to do well and might even call the stocks if MSFT runs up before the release. A good way of buying MSFT now and paid later.

Happy Mother's Day,
Alex

The key is any successor version thereof. If you can't remove Internet Explorer from Windows 98, then by definition, a computer maker is being forced to accept Internet Explorer as a condition for purchasing a successor version of Windows 95. To not violate the injunction, Microsoft must offer an IE-less version of Windows 98.
