Are you a wholesaler or friend of one? Have an account off-shore?

If you're stateside and a regular investor, tell me what MM will allow you to short a penny.

PB and all CVIA Shareholders:

I understand your concerns for your investment in CVIA and your deep appreciation of Mr. Arnold's efforts. I think we should take the time and effort to express our appreciation to the SEC and organize ourselves for a proxy vote to get a handle on this situation.

I have already sent an Email out to several shareholders that have Emailed me or private messaged me their Email address asking that we organize and do something before it is too late. My Email I sent out contains a letter I will be sending to the SEC as well as contact information for the SEC.

If any other shareholders are interested in an effort to call for a proxy vote, file SEC complaints, and/or engaging legal actions against CVIA president & CEO, Board of Directors and possibly any other outside group influencing CVIA's current actions against its shareholders, lets nip this in the bud if possible as quickly as possible.
