MD? Is the contract posted on Edgar? Who else owns a piece of this deal? Maybe the contract is available in their filings. Certainly this contract if real and as described is very valuable. Maybe a call to MD is in order. Any volunteers? New shares are being sold. Are they covered by a prospectus? Anybody have this prospectus? It should contain a lot of information. The company seems to have a lot of promise, but it might just be a case that this stock can't go up while management for whatever reason is reluctant to provide complete, accurate and timely information to investors and potential partners. Those who take a chance now may be very well rewarded but then again they may wish they hadn't. This seems to be a good way to select shareholders. All of the shareholders will have similar risk profiles. We will see Monday if there are enough risk takers to compensate for those who are slightly more risk adverse. Personally I consider myself to be a risk taker. But so far, I have not been inclined to venture forth here. I just missed getting in a few months ago when the stock was in the 20s. If it revisits that area, I will consider it again.
