Douglas,

I was looking at that as well and was unsure of what it signified. At first I took it as double-speak and somewhat ambiguous in its meaning.

However, it will be a greater feather in MSU's cap if they have retained the right to license the technology to other parties. This prevents MSU from being held hostage to any failure on AIME's execution of their business plan, puts some cash in their pocket(positive earnings this quarter??), and an equity stake in AIME's future success.

Forget the Royalties. The substantial equity stake in AIME is all the royalty I require and has more than transitory value. If AIME performs well, then MSU holdings in that company may bring them that much closer to eventually meeting small-cap listing requirements.

But it also may be an insight into how badly AIME needed to license MSU hardware. They must have something VERY significant in play with USW or other parties and the licensing issue may have been an obstacle to follow through.

I need to call AIME's IR folks on Monday or Tuesday and get a sense of where they are going with their service.

Regards,

Ron
