I agree. I have never been convinced there is a science called economics, only post hoc formulations that might occ assist one in predicting trends in general. As for the price of FTEL I have a few thoughts for what little they may be worth. I mentioned several years ago the stock would never stand tall until the breadth of appeal increased. We now have 6000-7000 shareholders which is a dramatic climb but still a tiny number. Unless you are intensely interested in a company it is very hard to put $ in when the blue chips are climbing to the stars. It is even harder if you are a broker to explain to your clients why you are at zero growth and the rest of the market is leaving you in their dust, esp if you might be wrong--and none of us will tell you this is a 100% no matter how much we think of the company. This is why it is so hard for any small business to go big time. Also when a co goes public it gives up some control with each issuance which may not be in the best interest of a co formulating a plan or in the early stages of implementing a plan. By nature of those involved stocks are more reflective of the human psyche and its response to events real or imagined--and we all know how predictable that is. This is a good company. It has agreat product. It has great leadership. Will it be able to market itself? That is where individual judgements come to play and why it is always a gamble where you seek to minimize risk of failure. If you are a day trader then much of this is irrelevant. If you are a long termer of years it is all the world. If you are unsure where you fall then it is scary as ----. In spite of the often acerbic comments on the board I think almost all of us will be happy when the stock takes off. What divides us is the when and how much----if we let if play too much a role then we should buy stock in the makers of Rogaine and Zantac. Have a great weekend and I look forward to celebrating our new found wealth WHEN it occurs. For now i am off to see Snake as he brings in a Five Star Chef to cook for the call group and have a wine tasting. In Bama we call this tossin pearls before swine--but gosh how well we can root.
