Zeev, I'll buy at $0.25 if I get that chance. It seems a little hypocritical of you to now have perfect knowledge of IPM. Seems you made some money off this stock. My due dilly and speculation says that there is potential at Black Rock, yours may say different, that's a market. We can discuss the merits of our due dilly, but get off your high horse and stop defending antagonistic behavior.

Zeev, good points. The future financing of the company is a nagging concern of mine and where they would invest those funds, should a financing be successful. Reading between the lines of the BRX believers, I'm seeing an infatuation with the property without taking into account the current fundamentals of the company in which they hold shares in. The property may have merit (hmmmm?) but is IPM in the position to see this project through to completion? I have my doubts, but I'm just one fence-sitter. For me, I see IPM as a possible trader should the financings fall into place without a consolidation. I'd like to see a new project, but that's doubtful considering the same ol' boys are still at the helm.
