I don't understand this conversion at all. If you have $4K in your pocket Monday and buy 100 LCI, if QWST tumbles to the mid 30's do you get 110 or so QWST (whatever $42 worth is)? If QWST takes off and LCI hovers, would you wind up with <100 QWST shares?

Does anyone have a take on this or is A.G. Edwards 6% locked in?
